DESCRIPTION:We’re super excited to invite you to our upcoming LGBTQIA youth Back to School Bash! Hosted by Wilmington Transgender Teen Support group and the LGBTQ Center. This is your chance to meet awesome new friends\, have a blast\, and celebrate our amazing community in a chill and welcoming space. Feel free to come alone or with your queer posse! Homeschool and online students are welcome. Allies are welcome to join the fun as well. \nEnjoy yummy snacks and drinks\, some chill vibes\, and free pride merch! \nWe’re also accepting donations to make this event a success: \n\nNotebooks\nPens and pencils\nBackpacks\nBinders and folders\nArt supplies\nCalculators\nHygiene products (such as deodorant\, toothpaste\, and sanitary items)\nPride merchandise (such as flags\, pins\, stickers\, and t-shirts)\nGift cards for clothing or school supplies\n\nDrop-off supplies at the LGBTQ Center or contact TR Nunley (910-538-0234) to arrange a different location. \nEvent takes place from 1:00 to 3:00 pm on Saturday\, August 17th. This event takes place after store hours to ensure a private\, safe space. \nThe Trans Closet will be held on the last Tuesday of each month.
