We will meet in the parking lot of Greenfield Park.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nEach QueerFlow will be unique and gentle to the body\, all levels of yoga are welcome. Led by queer yoga instructor\, Zachary Ryan\, he will begin each class with a thoughtful meditation\, queuing each person through gentle poses while recalling the original intention of your own personal practice. If desired\, the class will end with hands-on assists to help you drop into your body.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAs queer people we are taught to escape our bodies from an early age\, but in this class\, we will discover how our bodies are the safest places to be. These yoga sessions will be gentle to your body\, focusing on mindful movements and somatic practices to release old wounds of coming out\, cultivate self-love for past\, present\, and future versions of yourself\, and find strength and grounding in the most unexpected places.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nPlease bring a mat and reserve your space. Classes are offered with a $5 donation\, but the availability of this space is highest priority. Use code QUEERLOVE to waive the $5 donation.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAll are welcome on the mat because you deserve a life that is as free + unbounded as the ocean.
