We will meet at Lemon Tree Embodiment Studio\, at 709 S 17th Street in Wilmington.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nEach QueerFlow will be unique and gentle to the body\, all levels of yoga are welcome. Led by queer yoga instructor\, Zachary Ryan\, he will begin each class with a thoughtful meditation\, queuing each person through gentle poses while recalling the original intention of your own personal practice. If desired\, the class will end with hands-on assists to help you drop into your body.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAs queer people we are taught to escape our bodies from an early age\, but in this class\, we will discover how our bodies are the safest places to be.
