WALKS ARE AT 10:00 AM!

We walk every Wednesday at varying locations around Wilmington and the surrounding area. All walking paces are welcome and accommodated.  🐕 friendly and encouraged.

Back to our “fall” schedule!! All walks start at 10:00 am!

May 3rd will be at Oakdale Cemetery with after-walk coffee at Folk’s Cafe! Always fun to have a coffee and chat with our fellow walkers.

May 5 at Long Leaf Park, Shelter #5

May 17th is at the Senior Resource Center – in conjunction with the SRC Healthcare and Senior Resources Fair. Walk at 10am followed by the Fair – OWLS have a table at the event.

May 24 at Greenfield Lake

May 31 at Carolina Beach State Park
