The LGBTQ Center of the Cape Fear Coast, formerly the Frank Harr Foundation, is a 501(c)(3) organization. We offer programming, advocacy, and outreach for the LGBTQ+ community and our allies in southeastern North Carolina.

Youth

We know that our youth need compassion, support, and love when navigating what it means to be a part of the greater LGBTQ+ community. At the LGBTQ Center we provide programs, events, and support for all, including youth ages 12-18.

Elders

We are pleased to be the local home for OWLS (OUT Wilmington LGBTQ+ Seniors) whose primary objective is to improve life for older LGBTQ+ people in our community. The LGBTQ Center offers targeted, inclusive programs, outreach, and support to our 50 and over LGBTQ+ members.

The LGBTQ Center is committed to supporting and working with individuals, businesses, and organizations that help us fulfill our mission of addressing the needs of our LGBTQ+ community.
