Jamie Windham
Executive Director • She/Her
Jamie Windham, has served as a Hospital Corpsman in the U.S. Navy for five years, as a Medical Information Associate with Thermo Fisher Scientific, and most recently as a Microbiologist at Quality Chemical Laboratories. After hanging up her uniform and working in the civilian healthcare sector for several years, she has decided to enter the non-profit world.
For over two years Jamie has facilitated the Wilmington Pride Youth Group, finding joy in supporting and mentoring young individuals as they navigate their identities.
When she’s not championing the LGBTQ community, you can find her out in nature, exploring places abroad, or enjoying a nice, homemade meal.
Sarah Grace Moxley
Director of Development and Communications • She/Her
Sarah Grace has done community work in Wilmington for the past 7 years in roles focused on poverty, homelessness, food insecurity, education, and youth development. She has worked in non-profits, public schools, and service industry settings. Her favorite community work has been getting to be a part of grassroots groups and local activism over the years.
She has a bachelor’s degree in English and Education, and she has completed post-graduate training in User Experience/User Interface Design. She brings a passion for justice, equity, and accessibility into her work at the Center.
Outside of the Center, she can often be found at community dinners, crafting with friends, or hanging out with her dog (and her pet sitting dogs and cats!).
