Justin Smith is a financial administrator for a large department at the University of North Carolina Wilmington, working with budgets and finances for student organizations, campus activities, student government, and student success centers.

Justin also serves as the Organist and Choirmaster at St. Andrew’s On-the-Sound Episcopal Church, where he conducts the choir, plans music for services, and plays the pipe organ.

Justin graduated from Wake Forest University with undergraduate degrees in political science and music, and from UNCW with a Master of Public Administration, with a specific focus in public and nonprofit administration. He serves on several nonprofit boards and committees both locally and nationally.
