Kyle Metzger

Board Member

Kyle Metzger (He/Him) was born and raised in Ashland, OH. He studied Business Administration with a focus in Finance and a minor in French at Kent State University.

In his career, Kyle began in retail banking working in various roles serving low-to-moderate income communities. After moving to Wilmington in 2019, Kyle realigned his focus to mortgage lending and served Wilmington’s home lending needs. In 2022, Kyle joined nCino working in the mortgage lending technology space. Today, Kyle now works in People Operations for nCino while also serving as the President of nCino’s nPride; a global LGBTQ+ Employee Resource Group serving nCino employees across all their offices worldwide.

Although he prefers accolades not define him, Kyle’s involvement in LGBTQ resource groups speaks volumes about his commitment to making a difference. Hailing from a small town and identifying as part of the LGBTQ community, Kyle passionately champions resources and support for underserved communities, drawing inspiration from his own journey. He leverages his skills and knowledge, particularly in the consumer finance and lending space, to make a positive impact on diversity, equity, and inclusion in his community.

Beyond the boardroom, Kyle is a multifaceted individual with a deep love for cars, travel, languages, and nature. His affinity for being on or near water adds an adventurous touch to his personal pursuits. In his free time, Kyle enjoys spending time with his fiancé, Daniel, and their dog, Boone, and cat, Patches. Always eager for a new experience, Kyle & Daniel enjoy traveling and having fallen in love with Valencia, Spain, they hope to one day call it home.
