Juneteenth Memorial Observance

In observance of Juneteenth,

The National Black Leadership Caucus Southeastern Region will host a Memorial Tribute to the United States Colored Troops whose bravery led to the ending of slavery.

The memorial tribute will take place at Wilmington National Cemetery where 500 members of the USCT are buried.

This event is free and open to the public.
